BitGold Announces Name Change to GoldMoney Inc. Pursuant to Amalgamation With Subsidiary

BITGOLD ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO GOLDMONEY INC. PURSUANT TO AMALGAMATION WITH SUBSIDIARY

Toronto, Ontario (July 29, 2015) – BitGold Inc. (the ‘Company’) (TSX-V: XAU) announces that it will complete a vertical amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary, GoldMoney Inc., effective as of July 30, 2015. Following the amalgamation, the Company’s name will change from ‘BitGold Inc.’ to ‘GoldMoney Inc.’ The Company’s stock symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will remain ‘XAU’. The CUSIP number assigned to the common shares of the Company following the name change is 38149A109.
