Goldmoney Announces Completion of Continuance into British ColumbiaOct 11, 2019
TORONTO – (October 11, 2019) – Goldmoney Inc. (TSX:XAU) (US:XAUMF) (“Goldmoney” or the “Company”), a precious metal financial service and technology company, today announced that it has completed its continuation out of the federal jurisdiction of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “CBCA”) and into the provincial jurisdiction of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), as approved by shareholders of the Company on September 30, 2019.
Effective October 3, 2019 the Company is no longer governed under the laws of the CBCA. Copies of the notice of articles, the articles and a copy of the certificate of continuance issued by the Registrar of Companies, British Columbia, will be available on the Company’s SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.
