EASY ACCESS TO YOUR METALS

Although all metal stored with GoldMoney is held in allocated form in specialised secure and insured facilities, we understand that you might want to achieve greater peace of mind by owning specific whole bars registered in your name. You may also want to take delivery of some of your bullion.

The following table outlines your registration, inspection, collection and delivery options for small bars and Good Delivery bars. Registration is a prerequisite for inspecting, collecting or taking delivery of your metal. You can select and register your preferred bar(s) within your Holding and then request delivery, collection and/or inspection by sending a message from your Holding. We will be in touch to discuss the details.

We will provide your shipping instructions to the vault operator and any customs forms will be completed by the delivery company. You are responsible for payment of customs duties and other taxes such as VAT that may apply when requesting delivery or collecting bars from the vault. See sections 2.B.iii and 8.H of our Customer Agreement for further details.

GoldMoney branded bars

We also offer "GoldMoney branded bars" for delivery and collection. These are 100 gram and 1 kilo gold bars minted by the refiner Baird & Co. Limited of London. For delivery details and fees for GoldMoney branded bars, visit our GoldMoney branded bars page. Please note though that registration of branded bars for storage at the vaults is not possible.
