GoldMoney launches storage facilities for silver in Hong Kong and reduces storage rates

16 April 2010 - Having launched the Hong Kong storage facilities for gold and platinum at the end of March, GoldMoney now completes its metal offering by providing silver storage in VIA MAT's secure and insured Hong Kong vaults. Further, GoldMoney announces that effective 16th April 2010, it is reducing the silver storage fees for some of its vaults.

The fee reduction applies to silver storage in Hong Kong and London. The silver storage rates in Hong Kong and London are 0.49% per annum, or 0.39% if the customer Holding balance in the vault is greater than 50,000 silver ounces. Zurich silver storage remains the same at 0.99%/0.87%.

GoldMoney is pleased to offer a wider range of vault locations at lower storage rates, allowing customers to further diversify the storage of their precious metals in different countries.
