How to add funds

Transferring funds to your Holding is easy. Just indicate how much money you want to send, and we will provide you with wire instructions and a payment reference that will enable us to identify your wire transfer when it arrives at our bank.

Step 1 Login	To begin your transfer of funds, login to your Holding and select Accounts & Transfers > Add Funds from the menu.
Step 2 Specify Currency & Amount	Click the ‘Add Funds’ button, select the currency and enter the amount you intend to transfer. Click confirm. Review your entries and proceed.
Step 3 Receive Wire Transfer Instructions & Payment Reference	Click print so you can refer to the instructions later when initiating the transfer. Note the payment reference that you should specify in the memo section of your wire transfer. The payment reference helps us to match your funds to your Holding once your transfer is received at our bank.
Step 4 Send Bank Wire	Contact your bank to initiate the wire transfer to our bank account using the wire details you received in the step above.
Step 5 Wait for Confirmation of Funds Received	When our bank receives your wire transfer, you will be notified that your funds are in your Holding. Your funds are now available to purchase metal.
