How long does it take to open a GoldMoney account?
It's easy to do and only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete the online account application for a Basic Holding for customers resident in any of the 44 “fast-tracked” countries.
If you live in Canada, the USA or UK, the identity verification process for a Full Holding can be done entirely online using the verification service provided by Equifax. Thus you can be wiring money to fund your GoldMoney account within minutes after completing the online sign up process.
Customers resident in other countries will need to send in certified documents to verify their identity and residential address. We process all customer documents within one day of receiving them in our office.
