What is the purpose of GoldMoney's Customer Acceptance Policy (CAP)?



GoldMoney has a Customer Acceptance Policy (CAP) to:

  • Prevent GoldMoney from being used in criminal activity (e.g., auction fraud, identity theft, etc.)
  • Enable us to comply with the laws of the country where we are regulated.

Obtaining personal information from new customers achieves the above objectives.
