How should I certify/notarise my documents as requested in the Customer Acceptance Policy (CAP) form?



Your documents must be certified as a true copy by an authorised individual in your jurisdiction. Authorised individuals include a notary public, lawyer/solicitor, bank officer, serving police officer and certain government officials. The certifier may charge a small fee for the certification service.
