Yes, we can arrange delivery of any number of 1,000oz silver bars.
As with gold bars, VIA MAT, Malca-Amit, Brink's and G4S can ship silver bars from any of the vaults in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland or the UK to anywhere in the world. They will also complete any customs forms that may be required, but you are responsible for payment of customs duties and other costs such as sales tax or VAT, if applicable. GoldMoney will confirm and collect all shipping costs from you before providing your shipping instructions to the vault provider. This fee will be reimbursed by deducting it from the final delivery invoice. Please contact our Relationship Management team to arrange for delivery.
You may also arrange to pickup any number of silver bars in person from the vault where the bars are stored or from a secure location nearby. Note, a fee applies for this service. Further, the collection service is not available at the vaults operated by Brink’s Canada and VIA MAT UK.
GoldMoney customers who hold registered bars can inspect their metal at the vault where the bar is stored.
Send us a message from your Holding if you are interested in inspecting your registered bars. Please note this service is not available for bars stored at VIA MAT UK and Brink’s Canada.
GoldMoney branded bars
We can take GoldMoney branded bars back and reimburse your Holding with an equivalent amount of gold. The bar(s) must be in good condition and show no signs of tampering. A 2% fee will be charged for each returned bar.
Good Delivery bars
We will consider taking Good Delivery bar(s) back on a case-by-case basis depending on quantity, refiner, condition and current storage location. Send us a message from your Holding and we will be back in touch.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept small bars back into storage with GoldMoney.

Small bars and GoldMoney branded bars
We can arrange delivery of small bars and GoldMoney branded bars to the following 21 countries, provided you have a Full Holding (customers with a Basic Holding can upgrade for free by clicking on the ‘upgrade’ link in their Holding):
If you do not live in one of the above countries but wish to take possession of small bars, we can arrange collection from the vault or refiner (for GoldMoney branded bars only). Alternatively, we will review your delivery wishes on an individual basis to assess whether we can accommodate your request (this option is not available for GoldMoney branded bars).
Good Delivery bars
The vault operators can arrange for shipment of Good Delivery bars from any of our vaults to anywhere in the world.
Fees will depend on location and bar type. For a quote, send us a message from your Holding confirming the serial number(s) of your registered bar(s) and we will be back in touch. Note that you are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that may arise from delivery of your metal.
Registered bars do however give you the option of physical delivery, which extends your storage diversification options.
