These regulations help prevent GoldMoney from being used in illegal activities. Your data is kept safe and secure with GoldMoney in Jersey, Channel Islands. Under the Proceeds of Crime Law, which is the prevailing statute there, all financial institutions are required to verify the name and address of their customers and the source of the customer funds used in transactions with them.
