How can I be assured that my precious metals are really in the vault?

Answer: There are several important checks and balances in GoldMoney that protect each customer's metal. We work closely with our partners to ensure that GoldMoney's transaction and accounting system is reliable and secure, and that all the metal is stored safely for our customers. Read more >

Where are my precious metals stored?

Answer: VIA MAT stores the bars in secure precious metals vaults that it owns and operates in London, Zurich and Hong Kong. Read more >

Is there a limit on how much money I can send to my Holding?

Answer: If you have a Basic Holding, you are limited to transferring in a total of US$150,000 or the equivalent amount in any of the other currencies we accept. Read more >
